Mollie Wurmbrand
Mollie Wurmbrand, Catering Sales Administrator, was a Front Desk Intern with Hotels Unlimited and came back after graduating to work in the catering department. Mollie says the key to a successful event is communication! She loves getting to know her couples to find out what they really want for their big day. “Ask us questions! We’re here to answer them all.” She explains that nothing is better than knowing our brides and grooms feel special and cared for. “There’s a lot of moving parts and it gets crazy at times, but knowing I am making people’s dreams come true is so amazing. The best part of this job is seeing their faces light up. It makes it all worth it!”
Jess Abrams
Jess Abrams, Banquet Manager, joined the Hotels Unlimited team in 2021. She was a teacher for 10 years before moving into sales and banquet management. She loves cooking, event planning, and helping people make their big day as special as possible. Jess will never forget how amazing her Maître D’ was when she got married (fun fact – her wife also works in the Hotels Unlimited family!) and she hopes to bring that same level of comfort, calm, and care to Atlantis/Coral Ballroom couples so their big day can be just as amazing. Jess is also an active musician who has traveled the world on tour, and when she’s home she loves spending time with her dogs and her thriving vegetable garden. Her advice for event planners? “Take a moment in the reception to just stand back with your new spouse and look around the room. Look at all the people there to celebrate you and your love. That, for me, was the best moment.”

Anthony Castaldo
Anthony Castaldo, General Manager, knows all the ins and outs of the hospitality world. He has been a part of every facet in the food and beverage industry from a young age, opened two hotels at the Jersey shore, worked over 100 weddings and events at various venues, and was part of the busy Las Vegas and Atlantic City event scene for many years! In an industry that’s busy 24/7, it’s easy to get overwhelmed, but Anthony prides himself on having a level-head and calm disposition. He loves putting a smile on every guest’s face and being able to elevate their experience the second they walk through the door. Fun fact? Anthony went to culinary school during high school and continued throughout college. He’s a well-trained bartender and an avid home cook. *chef’s kiss*
